And it's all thanks to the new American Pie Presents Beta House - the rudest, sexiest American Pie film yet!

Our fine Maxim lovelies Charlotte McKenna and Hayley Parsons are doing a great job of putting us in the mood for the film, which is packed to the rafters with sauce and debauchery, as the Beta House fraternity make a stand for their right to party.
