Sarah-Jayne's blossoming modelling career has already seen the 22-year-old Essex native popping up regularly in the tabloids. So when Hef's British TV arm was looking for new presenting talent, Maxim suggested they give Sarah a try. 'I've told them I'll be recording all my links with my clothes on,' she warns. 'Well, some of them anyway.'

Sarah spent two years toiling away at art school ('I was very interested in shape, texture and colour') before dropping the pseudo-isms - along with her drawers - for the infamous Ministry of Sound 'naked' internet ad. Since then, there have been calendars, billboards and now, her very first men's magazine shoot.

The best fun she's had? 'The Maxim shoot, obviously'. And the worst? 'I was shooting on a nudist beach in France when we noticed a guy in the bushes playing with himself. The photographer shouted at him to clear off, but he just said, 'I'll leave when I've finished!' What can you say to that? '
